Verification cost, platform by platform
No platform here sells a badge. The price differences come from how much work it takes to make an application that will not be refused on sight.
How much does platform verification cost?
YouTube, TikTok and Snapchat do not charge for verification and do not sell it. X Premium is a paid subscription that includes a checkmark, from roughly $8 per month. A verification service charges for eligibility assessment, evidence preparation and submission — typically a few hundred to a few thousand dollars depending on how much notability work is needed — not for the badge itself.
How you are charged
- When you pay
- Up front, into escrow — the funds are held against the case, not spent
- When we are paid
- Only when an operator posts proof: a live link, a screenshot, or both
- Per item
- An order with several items holds and releases each one separately
- If it fails
- That item is refunded in full. Not a credit, not a retry voucher
- Currency
- Quoted in USD, settled in cryptocurrency
What moves the price by platform
- YouTube
- Cheapest, because eligibility is mechanical: 100,000 subscribers or the application is not reviewed at all
- TikTok
- Mid-range. No published threshold, so the whole case rests on independent coverage
- Snapchat
- Runs through the Snap Star creator programme, so timelines are longer and less predictable
- X
- The subscription tick you buy yourself. A notability-based grey or gold badge is a different application
- Multiple platforms
- The dossier is shared, so the second and third applications cost substantially less than the first
What we do not charge for
- An eligibility check that comes back negative.
- A YouTube application below 100,000 subscribers — we refuse the order rather than take it.
- Subscription badges you can buy yourself in the app.
