Terms of Service

What we agree to deliver, what we ask of you, and how disputes are settled.

Last updated: 2026-10-05

1. Who we are

VFCore ("we", "us") operates vfcore.com and provides media placement, reputation management and platform identity services. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. What you are buying

Each service states a defined outcome on its product page before purchase. That sentence is copied onto your order at the moment of payment and stored with it. It is the only description of success that governs your order, and the only thing a refund is measured against.

Prices are quoted in US dollars. The amount of cryptocurrency due is calculated when your invoice is created and held for the invoice window shown on screen.

3. Escrow and release

Funds are held by VFCore in company-controlled wallets. This is not an on-chain or third-party escrow, and we describe it this way deliberately: the protection you have is contractual, not technical.

Your payment is held against your order. It settles to us at the moment an operator posts proof of completion into your case — typically a live link, a screenshot, or both. There is no approval queue and no waiting period.

Where an order contains several items, each item is held and released separately. A twenty-outlet campaign releases the items that publish and holds the ones that do not.

4. The money-back guarantee

If the defined outcome for an order is not achieved, you receive a full refund of the amount paid for that order or item.

Where a product page states that part of the fee covers work delivered regardless of outcome — an eligibility audit, for example — that portion is stated plainly on the page before purchase and is excluded from the refund.

After release, each service carries a warranty window stated on its page. If what we delivered is removed, reversed or reappears inside that window, you choose between a free second attempt and a refund.

Refunds are returned in cryptocurrency to an address you supply. We record the transaction hash in your case.

5. What we will not do

We do not remove truthful reviews written by genuine customers. We act on content that is fake, violates the platform’s own policies, or is defamatory.

We do not guarantee a Wikipedia article. Publication is decided by independent reviewers against notability rules we do not control, and paid or sponsored coverage does not count toward those rules.

We do not guarantee platform verification. We prepare and submit applications; the platform decides.

We do not acquire usernames from accounts that appear to have been hacked, stolen or taken without the holder’s consent.

6. What we need from you

Information you give us must be accurate. Where a service requires you to declare that content is false, violates policy or unlawfully discloses private information, that declaration is recorded with a timestamp and forms part of the basis on which we act.

You confirm you own or are authorised to act for the accounts, brands and people in your orders.

Orders promoting content we list as prohibited on the relevant product page may be refused and refunded.

7. Timing

Turnaround ranges are shown per service and per outlet. They are estimates, and third parties — publishers, platforms, search engines, Wikipedia reviewers — set their own pace. A missed estimate is not by itself a failure to deliver; a missed outcome is.

8. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to it secure. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised.

We may suspend or close an account used for fraud, abuse, or to target a private individual.

9. Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue or reputational harm.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The version in force for an order is the one published when the order was placed, and your order stores its own success criteria regardless of later changes.

Governing law and jurisdiction are those of VFCore’s country of incorporation, stated on the contact page.
