Refund & Guarantee Policy

The guarantee in plain language, per service, and how to claim it.

Last updated: 2026-10-05

The short version

If we do not deliver the outcome stated on the product page, you get your money back in full. We hold your payment until we can show proof the work is done.

What counts as delivered

Press placement: a live, publicly accessible article on the agreed domain, URL and screenshot delivered.

Review removal: the specified review no longer visible on the public profile.

De-indexing: the URL no longer returned by Google for the agreed query in the agreed country.

Wikipedia: the article live in mainspace, not draft.

Verification: the badge visible on the profile.

Instagram page report: the report delivered to your case.

Username acquisition: you confirm the handle is under your control.

Warranty windows

After delivery we keep watching. Press placements and de-indexing are monitored for 90 days, review removals for 60. If what we delivered is reversed inside that window, we contact you first — you do not have to notice it yourself — and you choose a free second attempt or a refund.

Partial orders

If some items in an order succeed and others do not, we do not decide for you. We send you a choice: refund the items that failed, or pick replacements of equal value.

What is not refundable

Work explicitly sold as delivered regardless of outcome, where the product page says so before purchase — for example a Wikipedia source audit or a diagnostic report that we complete and hand over.

Orders cancelled after delivery, where the outcome was achieved and proof was posted.

Outcomes blocked by information you gave us that turns out to be false.

How to claim

Open your case and use the link next to the proof. A claim records the reason and the evidence, and is answered by a person. If a monitor detects a problem first, we open the claim ourselves.
