What we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how to get it deleted.

Last updated: 2026-10-05

1. What we collect

Account data: name, email address, and anything you add such as company and country.

Order data: everything you submit in an intake form — handles, URLs, evidence, and any documents you upload.

Payment data: the invoice, asset, amount and transaction hash. We never see or store card numbers, and we do not hold private keys for your wallets.

Technical data: pages visited, referring site, campaign parameters, approximate location from IP, device and browser. At signup we store one snapshot of this against your profile, which we use for attribution and for fraud screening.

Communications: messages you exchange with us inside a case, and email delivery events such as opens and bounces.

2. Why we use it

To deliver the services you order and keep a record of what was delivered. To take payment and issue refunds. To contact you about your cases. To detect fraud and abuse. To understand which pages bring people to us. With your permission, to send occasional marketing about our own services.

3. Analytics

Our analytics are first-party: the data stays in our own database rather than being sent to an advertising network. We set a first-party cookie to recognise a returning visit and to remember which page you first arrived on. We do not sell personal data.

4. Sensitive documents

Identity documents and legal evidence are stored in a private bucket, reachable only through short-lived signed links, with every access logged. They are deleted automatically after the retention window shown on the service page, and we never attach them to email or to operational alerts.

5. Who we share it with

Our infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email delivery, payment processing) act on our instructions and only to run the service.

Where a service requires it, the specific details of your request are sent to the relevant publisher, platform or registrar. We send the minimum needed to complete the work.

We disclose data where the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

Case records and invoices are kept for as long as we may need them for accounting and dispute resolution. Sensitive uploads are purged on the schedule above. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

7. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, ask for deletion, and withdraw marketing consent at any time — every marketing email also carries a one-click unsubscribe. Write to us from the address on your account and we will respond within 30 days.
