Blocked from AI answers
The Progress-Index blocks the crawlers behind ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overviews. A placement still carries reader and search credibility, but it is unlikely to be cited in AI answers. If AI visibility is the goal, filter the directory by AI-citable.

About The Progress-Index
The Progress-Index (progress-index.com) has been publishing since 1999 and covers general news for readers in Virginia, United States, in English. It reaches roughly 125k visitors a month. On authority it has a domain rating of 64 and a domain authority of 60, and sits at #174,589 in the Tranco global ranking. It blocks the crawlers behind AI answer engines, so an article here builds reader and search credibility but is unlikely to be cited in AI answers. Every placement is quoted per case and paid into escrow; the money is released only when the live URL and a dated screenshot are posted into your case.
