Blocked from AI answers
The Desert Sun blocks the crawlers behind ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Google AI Overviews. A placement still carries reader and search credibility, but it is unlikely to be cited in AI answers. If AI visibility is the goal, filter the directory by AI-citable.

About The Desert Sun
The Desert Sun (desertsun.com) has been publishing since 2001 and covers general news for readers in California, United States, in English. It reaches roughly 648k visitors a month, about 308k of them from Google search, and ranks for 279k search keywords. On authority it has a domain rating of 79, a domain authority of 77 and links from about 28k other websites. It blocks the crawlers behind AI answer engines, so an article here builds reader and search credibility but is unlikely to be cited in AI answers. Every placement is quoted per case and paid into escrow; the money is released only when the live URL and a dated screenshot are posted into your case.
