What is SERP?
Short answer
The search engine results page: what a person sees after typing a query.
Results differ by country, by language, by device and by personal history, which is why removals are granted per Google domain and sometimes per region.
Because of that variation, any claim about a removal has to name the query and the country it was verified in. "It’s gone from Google" on its own is not a verifiable statement.
