What a Wikipedia page actually costs
The published range is enormous because half the market is selling something that gets deleted. The price only means something alongside what happens when it is declined.
How much does it cost to create a Wikipedia page?
Professional Wikipedia page creation costs between $100 and $10,000, with an average around $2,200 and a typical range of $1,000 to $2,500. Price depends chiefly on how many independent sources have to be researched and integrated, and on whether ongoing monitoring is included. A page built on thin sourcing is cheaper and far more likely to be deleted later.

How you are charged
- When you pay
- Up front, into escrow — the funds are held against the case, not spent
- When we are paid
- Only when an operator posts proof: a live link, a screenshot, or both
- Per item
- An order with several items holds and releases each one separately
- If it fails
- That item is refunded in full. Not a credit, not a retry voucher
- Currency
- Quoted in USD, settled in cryptocurrency
What moves the price
- Number of sources
- The single biggest factor. Each independent source has to be read, assessed and cited correctly
- Company or person
- Biographies of living people are held to a stricter sourcing standard, so they take longer
- Language edition
- Each edition is a separate community with its own notability bar and its own draft
- Existing deletion history
- A previously deleted article raises the bar for the next attempt considerably
- Monitoring
- Watching the article afterwards for damaging edits is an ongoing cost, priced separately
What we do not charge for
- The notability assessment. Roughly half of enquiries do not pass, and those people get the assessment and no invoice.
- Revisions requested by Articles for Creation reviewers. They are part of the job, not a change order.
- Disclosure. Declaring the paid relationship is mandatory under Wikipedia’s terms and is not an optional extra.
