What review removal actually costs
Priced per review everywhere in this market. The real question is not the number, it is whether you pay when nothing is removed.
How much does it cost to remove a negative review?
Review removal services typically charge $125 to $500 per review, priced individually rather than as a package. Price varies with the platform, the strength of the policy ground, and whether escalation is needed. Most providers charge regardless of outcome; success-based pricing, where you are refunded if the review stays up, is the meaningful difference between quotes.
What the market charges
Low end
$125
Typical
$180–$350
High end
$500+
Per review, across US and UK providers. Platforms with narrow grounds — Yelp, Glassdoor — sit at the upper end because more cases fail. TrueReview, Google review removal services
How you are charged
- When you pay
- Up front, into escrow — the funds are held against the case, not spent
- When we are paid
- Only when an operator posts proof: a live link, a screenshot, or both
- Per item
- An order with several items holds and releases each one separately
- If it fails
- That item is refunded in full. Not a credit, not a retry voucher
- Currency
- Quoted in USD, settled in cryptocurrency
What moves the price
- Platform
- Trustpilot and Google are cheaper than Yelp or Glassdoor, because the grounds are wider and more cases succeed
- Strength of ground
- A documented fake review costs less than a borderline conflict-of-interest argument
- Evidence gathering
- Where we have to reconstruct transaction history rather than being handed it
- Escalation
- A case that needs a human reviewer after an automated rejection takes more work
- Volume
- Several reviews on one profile share the evidence work, so the per-review price falls
What we do not charge for
- The assessment. We tell you which of your reviews have grounds before any money moves.
- Reviews with no grounds. Those are named in the assessment and never appear on the invoice.
- A drafted public response where removal is not possible. That comes with the assessment.
- Re-filing inside the monitoring window if a removed review reappears.
